The study-unit has also a strong practical component. Study-unit Aims: • To expose the pastoral functionary working within any of the Church structures to the nature of human dynamics and interpersonal relationships and to their centrality in any organization including the Church; • To engage into a continuous process of clarification of the organization’s mission and to develop strategies for effectively implementing it; • To appreciate the importance of the dynamics of leadership and to adopt those healthy attitudes that enhance the potential and responsibility of the followers while avoiding the harmful ones.
