General objectives: The project's main aim is to increase the competences of trainers in the principles and good practices of implementing innovation in different sectors involved in the green economy. Trainers, in turn, will guide first time entrepreneurs with limited experience or small business holders who are looking to expand their services on green consumer markets or transform into greener business. With appropriate knowledge, the entrepreneurs will be able to identify opportunities related to the green economy and implement successful businesses, working with an innovative business model.
This is a two-year project which commenced in November 2022. Various online meetings have been held together with three face-to-face partners’ meetings, one in Vienna (6 – 7 December 2022), another in Lisbon (1 – 2 June 2023) and a third in Fano, Italy (9 – 10 April 2024).
The project includes eight partners from universities and other project related organisations in Romania (project coordinator, Universitatea Dunarea de Jos Din Galati, UDJG), Italy, Poland, Portugal, Austria and Switzerland.
The academics involved in this project from The Edward de Bono Institute, University of Malta, are Professor Sandra Dingli and Professor Petra Caruana Dingli.
