Abstract: Manoel Theatre and the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Culture present the programme for an orchestral concert conducted by Joseph Sammut, led by George Spiteri (with sub-leader Joseph Galea), and performed by The Manoel Theatre Orchestra, with the participation of the Manoel Theatre Choir (instructed by Marietta Magro). The concert starred soprano singer Miriam Gauci Tabone, and bass singer Joe Vella Bondin. The concert featured the musical works of Anton Nani and Beethoven. The performance was held on the 12th of June, 1979, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta.

Abstract: Manoel Theatre and the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Culture present the programme for a concert performed by the Quintette of the Prague National Theatre. The quintet was made up of flautist Libor Mikule, oboist Josef Vacek, clarinettist Vladimir Hulka, hornist Zdenek Uher, and bassoonist Jindrich Svarovsky. The concert featured the musical works of Martinů, Josef Mysliveček, and Anton Joseph Reicha. The performances were held on the 19th of February, 1979, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta.

Abstract: Manoel Theatre and the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Culture, in association with the Kursaal Company Ltd., present the programme for a series of ballet performances, performed by the Alexander Roy London Ballet Theatre. The programme included the following ballet performances: "Tschaikowsky Divertissement", "Housewarming", "Street Dancer", "Capriccio", and "Masquerade". The performances featured choreography created by Alexander Roy, Marius Petipa, and Lev Ivanov, and featured the musical works of Tchaikovsky, Poulenc, and Britten. The performances were held on the 22nd and the 23rd of June, 1979, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta.
