This course is being offered in Gozo for the first time. The Faculty of Education again opened the course leading to the Diploma in Inclusive Education. Both courses are on a part-time basis and the latter is being offered via video-conferencing. Four other courses started in February 2018. The Maltese Department opened, for the fifth consecutive year, the popular course leading to the Certificate in Proof Reading: Maltese. During the same month, the Faculty of Education opened two other courses, namely the course leading to the Masters in Educational Leadership and the Postgraduate Certificate in the Teaching of Ethics in Schools. Both courses are being offered to Gozitan students through the video-conferencing system. In March, the Institute for Physical Education and Sport, commenced a Foundation Course in Coaching.
