Abstract: Passive-aggressive behaviour, a subtle yet destructive form of communication, often slips beneath the radar in relationships. While it might not involve outright confrontation, its effects can be profound, slowly eroding trust, connection, and even the well-being of those involved. Whether in romantic relationships, friendships, or family dynamics, the silent hostility of passive-aggression can leave a trail of emotional confusion and long-term health consequences. Understanding what passive-aggressive behaviour is, how it manifests, and the toll it takes on both mental and physical health is essential for maintaining healthy, balanced relationships.
