| Abstract: | The amendments to the Civil Code which came into force through Act XVIII of 2004 affect a large number of sections spread throughout the Code. They include the removal of the term "illegitimate", the introduction of the rights subsequent to this removal, a number of other amendments within the law of succession, co-ownership and acts of status. My brief in this article is to highlight the removal of relative incapacities of children. |
