Abstract
In March 2011 the wind of revolt blew across Syria as it did in many countries throughout the Arab world. 10 years later, Syria is a country in ruins, Kamal Redouani decided to invite women to speak. As well as being crushed by the regime, imprisoned and raped, they have been the first victims of another force: ISIS. The documentary won the Prize for Best Full-Lenght Documentary Film at the Montreal International Film Festival in 2022.
