The 2024 Joseph Eynaud Memorial Lecture will take place on Thursday 21 March at 18:00 in the Arts Lecture Theatre (ALT), featuring Prof. Hanna Risku from the University of Vienna as the speaker.
Prof. Risku will delve into the intricacies of translation expertise from a sociocognitive perspective. During the event, we will also celebrate 20 years of Translation and Interpreting at UM.
It was in the academic year 2003/2004 that the inaugural Master in Translation and Interpreting was launched by Prof. Eynaud. To honour this milestone, and will present the salient results of the Department's 2003-2023 Tracer Study.
