Research project WAGE was invited to showcase the findings at the end of project Research EXPO organised by Xjenza Malta. Project WAGE applies machine learning and deep learning techniques to detect anomalies in aircraft flight data. This offers valuable insight for improved safety and flight operations. The Research Expo included discussions on a number of thematic areas including one on Aerospace.
Project WAGE was managed by Prof. Robert Camilleri as PI and Prof. Gianluca Valentino as co-PI. Project WAGE was a three year collaboration between the Institute of Aerospace Technologies and Industrial partner, QuAero. The project was funded by Xjenza Malta.
