The Office for Human Resources Management & Development has recently launched an employee handbook for Research Support Assistants and Officers as part of their ongoing commitment to bring UM’s human resources policies and practices in line with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
This handbook serves as guidelines for new and existing employees and to outline the main aspects of the employee-employer relationship including getting started with your employment at the University and the various benefits and services available for researchers at UM.
A soft copy of this document can be accessed on the HRS4R website.
