The Department of Moral Theology is pleased to invite you to a public lecture entitled “Pope Leo XIV and Human Flourishing in an Age of Artificial Intelligence". 

The lecture will be delivered by Léocadie Wabo Lushombo, I.T., Professor of Theological Ethics at the Santa Clara Jesuit School of Theology, Berkeley, and member of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development.

Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Prof. Lushombo is a consecrated lay member of the Teresian Institute. She holds a doctorate in Christian Ethics, together with degrees in Sacred Theology, Sustainable Development, and Economics and Development. Her research focuses on ecology, global ethics, women’s political participation, conflict-related sexual violence, and migration.

The event will take place on Friday 29 May at 19:00 in the Faculty of Theology Board Room (Room 317).
