Francisca Ogechi Oluwadare is a dedicated educator originally from Nigeria, currently residing in Malta, where she has been living for the past four years. With 19 years of teaching experience, Francisca has built a strong professional identity rooted in commitment, passion, and a deep belief in the potential of every child. She is also a proud wife and mother of five children, an experience that has further strengthened her understanding of children’s development and learning needs.
Although Francisca initially aspired to become a lawyer, her journey into education began naturally through her involvement in children’s church activities, where she found herself consistently guiding and teaching young learners. After completing her MATSEC studies, she secured her first tutoring position, receiving excellent feedback that reinforced her confidence and confirmed her natural ability to teach. With the encouragement and support of her parents, Francisca continued to develop her skills and pursue education as a long-term career.
Over the years, her passion for teaching has continued to grow, especially as she began applying her professional experience to her own children’s learning and development. This personal connection strengthened her belief in the power of education and inspired her to continue building a career focused on shaping young minds with care and purpose.
Francisca’s personal values and resilience are deeply influenced by her faith, inspired by the biblical principle: “All things work together for good to them that love the Lord.” This belief shapes her outlook on life and motivates her to approach challenges with hope and perseverance.
Her work philosophy is centred on growth and determination, strongly believing that anyone can improve and succeed if they put their mind to it. As an educator, she strives to encourage children to believe in themselves, develop confidence, and reach their full potential.
Francisca’s long-term goal is to one day look back and proudly see the children she has taught grow into responsible, successful individuals who make a positive contribution to society—knowing that she played a meaningful part in their journey.
