Dr Ing. Ryan Bugeja is an electrical and electronics engineer by profession with a PhD in sustainable energy. He has been employed with the University of Malta since 2015 and is currently the Senior Systems Engineer of the Institute for Sustainable Energy’s Solar Research Laboratories. Dr Ing. Bugeja is experienced in photovoltaic system design. He is the co-founder of Solaqua and inventor of a patented PV cooling system (IPCoSy) and an Offshore Solar Irradiance Calculator (OSIC).
