Cancellation/Refund Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their order and return the 3D printed brain model within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the model, and the item must be returned in its original condition.
Although 3D printed brain models are custom-made and therefore normally exempt from the EU 14-day withdrawal right, we choose to offer this refund policy voluntarily to ensure our customers’ full satisfaction.
