Computers managed by IT 福利在线免费 (corporate) already have this software. For other computers, you will be required to download the TeamViewer client for Windows or Mac.

If you do not have a UM IT Account or cannot access the Self-Service Portal, you can submit a request using the enquiry form. This form should be used for IT support requests only.
