Non-disclosure agreements

As a researcher you may develop new knowledge and IP that shall be kept confidential.

Non-disclosure agreements are required in case you wish to disclose such confidential information to third parties. Disclosure of information between parties through such agreements DOES NOT constitute a 'public disclosure' and hence, does not jeopardise IP rights.

Templates may be shared with third parties. Signed copies shall be returned to us after filling in the yellow highlighted fields. In case one wishes to amend the template, please seek our assistance.

Please note that the Rector鈥檚 signature on behalf of the University covers all University staff who are bound to confidentiality by Article 13 of the Collective Agreement for Academic Staff and Article 16 of the Collective Agreement for Administrative, Technical and Industrial Staff.

Use this template in case two or more parties wish to disclose confidential information. Other parties (and their applicable signatories) may be added or removed as necessary and yellow highlighted fields shall be filled in on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality between 2 or more parties  
Use the relevant of the below templates in case only a single party (the Discloser) wishes to disclose confidential information and the other party/parties has/have NO confidential information to disclose. Yellow highlighted field shall be filled in on a case-by-case basis.
