Abstract: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects a significant proportion of the population. This dissertation explores the experiences and traits of ADHD through the creation of a graphic novel. The research was conducted in an autoethnographic way, meaning my practice was one of the main sources used for my research. The aim of my research was to make people with ADHD feel less alienated as well as for other people without ADHD to empathise with people who have it better. I aimed to provide a creative and engaging way to understand ADHD, and shed light on the challenges and opportunities presented by the disorder.
