| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre, the Ministry of Tourism, and the National Tourism Organisation Malta, present the programme for the concert "Grand Musical Spectacular", featuring musical performances from pianists Brigitte Bladou, Eleftherios Kalkanis and Ramona Formosa, singers Raymond Acquaviva (who was also a narrator), Nadia Weinberg and Marita Bezzina, flautist Silvio Zammit, and clarinettist Godfrey Mifsud. The concert featured the musical works of Handel, Schubert, Puccini, Turina, Debussy, Satie, and Ravel. The performance was held as part of the festival of history, heritage, pageantry, music, and dance "Valletta: History & Elegance". The performance was held on the 26th of April, 1997, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
