| Abstract: | Investment exchanges have the crucial function of providing: (a) the business community with access to capital and (b) citizens with another alternative for saving their extra income. This dissertation examines the meaning of investment exchange, outlines and analyses the importance of regulation in this field and considers the implications of the rules of both the former and the revised Investment 福利在线免费 Directive which have a direct impact on investment exchange business. In conclusion, the formation of a European Securities and Exchange Commission is recommended as a means for mitigating the weakness which deter the enforcement of the proper implementation and application of directives in this field. |
