| Abstract: | Leopardi states that the history of Malta during the Middle Ages is vastly obscure as a result of the scarcity of documents relating to that period. Consequently, the few remaining documents carry significant importance. Leopardi analyses a select few documents from a linguistic perspective since many Maltese terms and expressions were widely used in the 15th century. |
