The Planning and Priorities Coordination Division (PPCD) within the Ministry for European Affairs and the Implementation of the Electoral Manifesto (MEAIM), in collaboration with the European Commission鈥檚 Directorate-General Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO), will be organising an Open Day for EU-Funded Projects to demonstrate the results yielded through EU funds in the 2007-2013 programming period to the European citizens.
Five sites recently restored by EU funds under Cohesion Policy 2007-2013 will be open to the public free of charge on Sunday 8 May 2016 from 09:30 till 15:30. The sites are: Fort St Angelo, Birgu; Fortress Builders Museum, Valletta (open from 09:00 to 13:00); Cittadella, Rabat (Gozo); Birgu Ditch, Birgu; and The making of a people: a cultural and historical eco-musem, Rabat (Gozo).
