The President's Foundation has since its inception commemorated International Holocaust Remembrance Day as part of its remit to combat prejudice and hatred by fostering peace and wellbeing.
The 2018 Holocaust Remembrance Day is scheduled for 25 January and will include participants from the Anne Frank house and the Yad Vashem International School for Holocaust Studies. The event will also include a video interview with holocaust survivor Eva Schloss, Anne Frank's step sister. The interview was purposely produced by PFWS for the event and will be followed by a panel discussion that will end with readings from Anne Frank's diary in Maltese and English.
