09:00 – 11:00 Session 1: SWOT analysis of four selected objectives from the Global Compact for safe, orderly and regular migration (GCM):
- Objective no. 10: Prevent, combat and eradicate trafficking in persons in the context of international migration
- Objective no. 16: Empower migrants and societies to realize full inclusion and social cohesion
- Objective no. 17: Eliminate all forms of discrimination and promote evidence-based public discourse to shape perceptions of migration
- Objective no. 23: Strengthen international cooperation and global partnerships for safe, orderly and regular migration
Participants will have the opportunity to contribute in consideration of their experience. They will also exchange views and identify most relevant actionable activities with respect to the objectives above, through the analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

11:30 – 13:00 Session 2: Thematic clusters on the four CGM’s Objectives
Participants will be divided in two groups – including both Institutions and Civil Society Organizations – according to their interest and expertise. Through a participatory interaction all contributions will be consolidated and streamlined into four concrete recommendations that will be presented during the plenary (i.e. Session 3)
