The book launch, which was held at RE/MAX’s head offices, was attended by numerous distinguished guests, including Quinton Fortune and Michael Clegg themselves, as well as Ted Beckham – father of David Beckham, Joseph Tedesco – the President of the Local Manchester United Supporters Club, Prof Grech himself, amongst others.
“We are proud to have worked on this project with Prof Grech and to have sponsored the printing of this book,” says Albert Mamo, Chairman of the RE/MAX & Friends Foundation. “It was also a honour for us to have Mr Fortune and Mr Clegg with us, and to have their support on the initiative.”
Mr Fortune is South African, and he played for Manchester United as a full back between 1999 and 2006. Mr Clegg is a former English footballer who played as a midfielder and right back for Manchester United from 1995 until 2002. Today he is the current first team strength and power coach, taking after his father Mick Clegg, who coached the likes of the Class of ‘92, Cristiano Ronaldo and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The book is now available to be purchased from RE/MAX HQ in Portomaso.
