The month of October marks the 23rd Anniversary of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325. In line with one of our commitments as part of the Gender Equality and Mainstreaming Strategy and Action Plan (GEMSAP), the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs and Trade will be commemorating the day when the Security Council adopted the resolution on women and peace and security on 31 October 2000, through a Panel discussion for University Students that will bring together different local stakeholders who are directly involved in implementing Malta's National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security.
