The suggestive city of Valletta is set to host the launch of the arts exhibition ‘CONNECT - Communities for Change’ on Tuesday 29 October at 19:00 (CET).
The CONNECT exhibition being a collective display, will showcase a range of original artworks from both Maltese and international creatives, reflecting on the essential need for active communities, their connections and the emerging potential for social transformation.
Curated by Hans Mark Svedal, Head of Programme at the Faculty of Education, Arts and Sports at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, in collaboration with the University of Malta, this exhibit invites everyone to explore diverse artistic expressions and engage with pressing social and environmental issues.
The exhibition will be inaugurated at the end of the SciCultureD Final Conference with an open door launch event, and will remain open for 12 days, offering visitors an opportunity to immerse themselves in transformative artistic experiences.
Funding for the CONNECT exhibition is provided by the programme through the SciCultureD project, reflecting a commitment to fostering creativity and collaboration across communities.
