The will be coming to an end in July 2017. The project has been successful in establishing a baseline study on green roofs in a local context. This project proves that green roofs can be successfully cultivated by promoting ecosystem services and wildlife habitats and it has quantified the potential of green roofs in improving both the energy performance of buildings and reducing flooding in urban areas.
The LifeMedGreenRoof project will be organising a one-day event for the end-of-project seminar. During this event, the findings of this four-year project will be disseminated.
The end-of-project seminar aims at providing the public, policy-makers, design professions and other stakeholders with an outline of the project鈥檚 findings, highlighting current topics of green roofs and the adoption of green infrastructure.
The seminar will be held on Thursday 20 July 2017 in Lecture Theatre 1 (LT1), at the University of Malta Msida Campus ().
