Deploying a strong internal audit function in practice is not easy. It requires developing and putting in place an array of essential, carefully sequenced actions and implementations; some serving to set the scene and define the context of what the internal auditors would be doing, others dealing more with how engagements are approached and undertaken to ensure consistent, quality results and outcomes.
Amongst other considerations, the seminar focuses primarily on planning, both at the macro and micro levels, highlighting its importance to establish strategy and devise tactics prior to moving forward and fully engaging internal audit’s stakeholders. The seminar once again makes extensive use of practical examples to demonstrate how this can be realistically achieved and, perhaps more importantly, satisfactorily maintained over the longer term.
Registrations for this seminar are to be made until Friday 23 April 2021.
