The Faculty for Social Wellbeing will be organising an Open Dialogue following the recently presented Private Members Bill by On Dr Marlene Farrugia MP.
This debate, ‘Decriminalising abortion’, the first step in a slippery slope or a timely decision?' has been an ongoing national debate but spurned with this decision to engage Parliament in a discussion on this matter.
The Faculty will be organising an Open Dialogue to provide another space where this discussion can be made in a cordial, affable and non-judgmental atmosphere.
The format of the Open Dialogue will be the one we have developed in these last years, namely that of NOT having any panellists but create the space for people coming from within and outside the Faculty community to discuss this matter through brief 3-4 minute contributions.
