Have you ever wondered how to link your research ideas to a commercial product? What steps should you take? What mindset should you have? How do you balance your research output with the potential commercial output?
As part of the , ADAPT Centre DCU and the University of Malta are organising two Workshops on Innovation and Commercialisation.
The first Workshop will take place virtually on the 10th March 2023 at 10:00 - 13:00 and we would be delighted if you could attend.
This Workshop will target Researchers, Research Support Officers and Project Coordinators/Primary Investigators, especially those currently involved in European Projects or planning to apply for such funding, helping them think commercially. The Workshop is open to ALL members of staff at the University of Malta.
The Workshop will focus on:
- How to develop a commercial mindset
- Customer discovery and business validation
- How to talk to potential customers and ask good questions
- Commercial outreach techniques
