The Institute for Physical Education and Sport is organising a seminar entitled "Mentoring as a Coach Learning Tool" by Herman Bugeja. This will be held on Monday 13 March 2023 from 18:00 - 20:00 at the Institute for Physical Education and Sport at the University of Malta Msida Campus.
This talk examines the ways in which mentoring affects the learning experience in formal coach education programmes and what is the perspective of the coaches when it comes to mentoring during coach education courses. Mr Bugeja's work focused on conducting a semi-formal mentoring programme for coaches attending UEFA coaching courses at the Malta FA Technical Centre during season 2021/2022.
Attendance is free of charge and all participants will be given a certificate of attendance.
