The Spirit of the Reformation (Vol. II)
This volume brings together perspectives on the Reformation from scholars in theology and history across different European countries and various confessional backgrounds, predominantly Protestant and Catholic. It serves as a valuable contribution that promotes international research on Martin Luther. Simultaneously, it stands as an impressive testament to how such research is conducted today, embracing an ecumenical spirit that involves collaboration among different churches.
Resilience in a Troubled World (Vol. III)
This volume presents the proceedings of a conference that aimed to explore the concept of "resilience" while proposing a fresh interpretation in reference to three eminent theological figures: Romano Guardini (1885–1968), Karl Barth (1886–1968), and Thomas Merton (1915–1968), on the fiftieth anniversary of their passing. Resilience is not merely an abstract concept; it primarily signifies the willingness to reconcile with oneself and surpass limitations to embrace personal growth. These proceedings intend to offer a glimmer of hope to our challenging world, illustrating that each person can live in the present moment, continuously surprised and grateful.
