Date: Wednesday 5 March 2025
Time: 12:00–13:00&Բ;
Venue: Room 120, Dun Mikiel Xerri Lecture Centre, UM Msida Campus
Are you interested in bioinformatics, coding, and research? The newly launched BioCode Club is designed for undergraduate and master’s students who want to develop computational skills and apply them to real-world scientific problems.
Through hands-on workshops, students will get practical experience with Python, Machine Learning, Git, Linux, and NumPy, followed by the opportunity to work on research-driven bioinformatics challenges. The goal is to build an independent research group where students can develop their skills, collaborate on meaningful projects, and work towards publishing scientific papers and entering competitions.
