The Centre for Resilience and Socio-Emotional Health at the University of Malta is currently collaborating with the Malta Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society and a panel of mental health experts in the development of a suicide-prevention and mental health promotion mobile phone application.
This project seeks to address the mental health needs of a range of young people in Malta. Therefore, we are gathering feedback from young people in general to ensure the app is appropriate and user-friendly for all young people in Malta.
If you wish to participate in this focus group…
You will be asked to attend one one-and-a-half-hour recorded focus group interview with a group of approximately 8 students of a similar age. The focus group interview will be carried out by our research team online and will involve using the mobile phone app during the focus group and providing feedback and opinions on how easy it is to use this app and how it could be improved.
Participation in the focus group interview is voluntary. You have the right not to participate at all or not to discuss any particular questions during the focus group interview. You are free to withdraw at any stage during the focus group interview without any repercussions.
If you would like to take part, please send an email for more information and to obtain necessary consent forms.
