Last week, JC student Leonel Mifsud Bugelli competed and represented Malta in the GEF - Dance Grand Prix 2023 in Sanremo. He took part in a classic ballet piece by the name of “Invitation To Dance” choreographed by Johane Casabene from Johane Casabene Dance Conservatoire. His fellow dancers and him were awarded 1st place in their category and they emerged as overall winners as well, winning the GEF award for dance. Leonel commented that "it was a wonderful experience and I hope that in the near future I will have other opportunities as great as this one!".
