This programme is being organised by the Wellbeing Team of the Junior College. It is an Enrichment Programme that is aimed to teach students life skills in critical thinking, collaboration, creativity and in professional and personal growth. Also, students will learn how to manage and deal with difficult emotions like stress and anxiety as well as how to identify healthy from toxic relationships. These are amongst some of the skills taught in a small environment in an interactive manner.
