During the week starting 22 April 2024, a group of 10 students accompanied by Ms Graziella Mizzi and Ms Elaine Chetcuti, participated in our Erasmus+ exchange project “Habits for Success” in Waregem, Belgium.
Students from Turkey, Finland and Malta joined the students in Sint-Paulusschool Campus College in Waregem to take part in a busy week of activities dedicated to “Habits for Success”. As part of the activity programme, students spent a day at the House of Wellbeing in Kortrijk. The students also visited the Parlamentarium in Brussels, as well as the beautiful city of Bruges.
During this exchange, students had the opportunity to focus on different aspects of their mental and physical wellbeing and to work on different skills. They actively participated in yoga, sports, singing, and in tasks aimed in enhancing time management, team work, improvisation and mindful eating. Social media awareness was also given its due importance.
This was the final exchange week as part of this year’s long project cycle of meetings as part of “Habits for Success”, which started in January, continued with the meeting in Finland last March.
This project is coordinated by the JC International Office and co-funded through the Erasmus+ Programme.
