Dr Romina Frendo, a lecturer at the Junior College, was recently nominated to be given a Special Award during the Animal Honours Awards for her work within the animal protection sector. However, at the request of Dr Frendo herself, the award was instead given to Ms Tereza Kirpalani, a feeder who is 78 years old, known as the old lady of the Argotti, and who feeds the 150 Floriana and Argotti cats.
The Junior College would like show appreciation to Dr Frendo for her noble gesture towards Ms Tere偶a Kirpalani.
