Dear Colleagues,
First, a sincere thank you. Thanks to your incredible response during Phase I of the Malta Further Education Forum (MFEF) study, Junior College academics secured the strongest collective voice in the sector. We set the benchmark for highlighting the reality of the new SEC assessment system.
We are now in Phase II, and I am writing to ask for a few minutes of your time to help us maintain that momentum.
Because Junior College absorbs the vast majority of students completing compulsory education and sitting for the SEC exams, our institution experiences the direct impact of these structural changes more than anyone else. That makes our collective feedback the most influential piece of this study.
Why should you respond? The core objective of Phase II is to map out emerging trends, patterns, and the day-to-day challenges we are facing right now. This information will directly shape future professional development, institutional training, and support systems designed to assist us in our daily workloads. If we want training and resources that actually address our real-world classroom needs, we need to define those needs right now.
If you missed Phase I, don't worry—your input today is just as vital to give us a comprehensive view of our workforce.
