JC4Others and the Department of Biology recently took part in the Pink October activities at the Junior College, focusing on cancer awareness and fundraising.
Students and staff were encouraged to wear pink for the day. Educational talks were held by the Malta Medical Students' Association (MMSA) to raise awareness about cancer in both males and females.
The highlight of the day was a popular cake sale in the College Foyer, featuring delicious doughnuts and lemingtons. All proceeds will be donated to the Malta Male Cancer Support Association.
JC4Others and the Department of Biology collaborated closely with the College Chaplaincy to make the event a success.
