Professor Sandra C. Buttigieg, Head of Department of Health ����������� Management, Faculty of Health Sciences, actively participated in the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) Small Group Meeting: “Leadership and Health/Well-being”, which took place at the University of Exeter, Exeter, UK between 20^th and 21^st June 2019. Prof. Buttigieg presented an empirical study with the title: “Under the shadow of looming change: Linking employees’ appraisals of organizational change and transformational leadership to engagement and burnout”, which is co-authored by Sandra C. Buttigieg and Vincent Cassar from the University of Malta, and by Pascale Daher and Yves Guillaume from The University of Liverpool, UK.
