Entitled ‘’, the paper was published in 2010 in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Health ¸£ÀûÔÚÏßÃâ·Ñ Research (JPHSR).
The paper presently also has 82 citations recorded in Google Scholar. JPHSR is an official journal of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain published by John Wiley & Sons, with a focus on research within the multidisciplinary field of health services research as it relates to pharmaceuticals.
It is one of the publications from the pharmacy practice research group of the Department which studies impact, relevance and innovations in community pharmacy services.
The paper specifically assessed the perception of consumers of the community pharmacist and of the services offered from community pharmacies as one of the objectives.
Further work has been carried out by the research group to evaluate the impact of extended community pharmacist services, such as the evaluation of the clinical contribution of community pharmacists in supporting safe, rational and sustainable use of medicines.
