from the within the Faculty of Health Sciences has written a book titled ‘Dealing with Coronus: Self-help notes for a pandemic’.
Published by Kite Publications, the book speaks about “one hell of a pandemic that unsettled the life of humanoids”. It is a 112-page historical account of this period from a mental health viewpoint, coined with well-being tips.
“Being in this line of work, I’ve heard a lot from many individuals who suddenly found themselves unable to explain what’s happening in their immediate surroundings. This book is my attempt to help myself and them figure out how to navigate through these exceptional times with the best self-help tools around”, said Dr Grech about her work.
The book will soon be sale for €15 from all major bookshops in Malta; with all proceeds going to the Richmond Foundation.
