Prof. Paulann Grech from the Department of Mental Health within the Faculty of Health Sciences wrote a new book titled 'It is NOT abracadabra', aimed at 9-12 year old children.
The Faculty for Social Wellbeing has recently launched the book consisting of 5 stories representing the values that make up the Faculty, which are weaved into the fictitious characters and plots. This book was officially launched at the St. Joseph Mater Boni Consilii Girls' School on Tuesday 25 June 2024. A lovely school, a great sense of team and vision and above all an intelligent, critical and engaged student community.
The concept is the brainchild of the Dean, Prof. Andrew Azzopardi. The colourful book will be distributed for free in schools and other places children frequent. It will also be available on-line and as a talking book.
