was recently invited by Prof. Simon Tünde to visit the Hungarian University of Fine Arts (HUFA) in Budapest for the opening of International Week.
Following this, she spent four days at the HUFA Tihany Campus near Lake Balaton, facilitating master classes on teacher performative presence and creative processes in the art classroom. The sessions were specifically tailored for master's art students studying mentorship and pedagogy.
Prof. Gatt's sessions took place both in the studio and outdoors, amidst the beautiful natural tranquil landscape of Lake Balaton.
The visit marks the beginning of a promising collaboration between the two universities.
This Art Week in Tihany highlighted the transformative potential of interdisciplinary collaboration and the boundless possibilities of the arts in education.
