Dr Claudine Borg from the Department of Translation, Terminology, and Interpreting Studies was invited to write the entry on Qualitative Research for . Her entry, titled , is available in English, Maltese, and Spanish. Dr Borg translated the entry into herself, making it the only entry in ENTI available in Maltese. The version of the entry was translated by Professor Ricardo Muñoz MartÃn.
ENTI is an open-access encyclopedia focusing on Translation and Interpreting Studies (TIS), spearheaded by the Iberian Association for Translation and Interpreting Studies (AIETI). This innovative project is international, multilingual, multimedia, rigorous, scalable, and constantly evolving.
ENTI was launched in 2022 under the leadership of Dr Javier Franco Aixelá and Prof. Ricardo Muñoz MartÃn, with the collaboration of Dr Carla Botella Tejera as editorial coordinator. In its second edition (2024), the encyclopedia features over 110 entries authored by more than 130 specialists who research and teach in around 30 different countries.
Through Dr Borg’s contribution, the University of Malta and the Maltese language have a presence in this prestigious academic international project.
