This event marked the opening of the 2025 calendar for the creativity studies community and encouraged collaborative exploration of future scientific questions in creative cognition research.
Bringing together leading European scholars, the workshop aimed to reach agreement on key definitional issues within three core themes: the knowledge domain, emotions, and creative metacognition. By uniting diverse expertise, the organisers sought to establish networks for sharing paradigms and strengthening collaborations across multiple laboratories. These efforts will bolster interdisciplinary initiatives and deepen understanding of creative processes.
