The Institute for European Studies has just published an occasional paper in the series 'Reflections on a Decade of EU Membership' (Occasional Paper 8/2015).

The paper by David Fabri, entitled 'A Decade of EU Membership: Price Control Law in Malta Revisited', examines the significance and place of price control regulation in Maltese Law more than a decade into EU membership.
