On Monday 9 December, Professor Henry Frendo chaired a high-level meeting on What role for local governments in the Euro-Arab Dialogue Initiative?.
The participants included Golda El-khoury, (Secretary General of the International coalition of Inclusive and Sustainable Cities), Bertrand Gallet (Directeur g茅n茅ral of Cites Unies), Ziad Hawat (Mayor of Byblos), and Nacer Kettane (from the French Economic, Social and Environmental Council).
