Representatives from Akita International University (AIU), Japan, are in Malta to strengthen collaboration with the University of Malta in the area of student exchange.
AIU is an English speaking campus in North-West Japan, affording an ideal opportunity for University of Malta students to experience Japanese culture while spending a semester at an English-speaking campus, where over half the members of the academic staff are non-Japanese nationals.
The members of the AIU delegation were the guests of the University of Malta on 28 February.
